The food was delicious and the drinks were good. The room was huge, luxurious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was extremely great. The location was stunning, very close to Kohala Coast, and had beautiful sunset views.

Certainly a great experience for family vacation in Waikoloa. Clean hotel with delicious and excellent breakfasts. Fairly quiet room with beautiful decor. Amazingly great and courteous staff, excellent service. The pool area is heated too. Late check out.

The breakfast here was great as expected, but the coffee and omelette station were a bit disappointing. The prices were a bit high, though - not super budget-friendly. 🍳 The location is amazing, being able to walk right out to the beach easily, and it's close to Kings' Shops, too.

The hotel is in front of beach and shopping center.
I am a frequent traveller. But it was my first stay at Marriott. I didn't like this hotel in every way. First of fall, they charge $25+tax per day for internet and parking, even when you don't use internet and parking. And the staffs were not kind, and most of the staffs don't smile even, and I thought most of them were unhappy. The maids kept knocked our door within 1 hour, even when we said we were in. We felt like being pushed to go out for the maid. I decide not to stay any Marriot hotels. Never.

Sand-filled pool near main pool not crowded due to renovation. Good restaurant nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful A-Bay location with stunning sunsets. Clean, comfortable property. Relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Lovely reception area with friendly staff. Great cafe in reception. Pool, gardens, and beach access. Paddle yoga and fitness center available. Gorgeous resort grounds and beach. Kid-friendly pools and water slide. Pristine Waikoloa location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant. Nearby beaches are 49 Black Sand Beach and Manini'owali Beach.

The location, very clean hotel. Also we stayed there Christmas day and the buffet dinner was excellent.
The extra 'resort fee' and no breakfest included....It was quite expensive per night these costs should have being included.

Excellent staff! Good location in Waikoloa, pools and beach are wonderful and you are not far from other Kohala coast beaches that are spectacular.
Needs a bit of a deep clean, the carpets are quite worn and dirty throughout the hotel. This did not spoil my stay by any means, but the Marriott should invest in a good carpet cleaning system!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was perfect for individuals and families. The hotel is set on a beautiful quiet beach, with great restaurants available. The location is amazing and the atmosphere is charming. The staff was exceptional in providing exceptional service, from the front desk staff to the waitress at the restaurant, and the housekeepers in the hallway. The room was spacious and clean with all amenities provided. The pool and spa provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a perfect holiday.
